Took them my truck due to Cam Phaser Issues. I was told it would be done in about a week after they got approval from my warranty co. They had a tech become ill and asked if they could keep the truck for another week. I said yes that was fine. I went to check on the truck the following week and they had moved it to their main repair shop. That was when the service took a turn for the worst. If I had not stopped in one day to drop off my renewal stickers for my plates ( which Terry said he would put on only to find out he did not, thank god I didn't get a ticket for that) they would have put the truck back together with out changing the cam phasers which had been authorized by the warranty co. It was a constant back and forth game of the warranty said they aren't doing this and then when I called the warranty it was not the case. I was told twice that the truck would be ready on such and such a date only for it not to be. 6 weeks later I finally got my truck back. I was overcharged for parts, When I got the bill it was $700 more than I was told I would be paying. When I asked them to work with me some since they failed to repair the truck in the time they told me I got told by the owner, I didn't have your truck for 6 weeks, I only had it 4 the shop in ozark had it 2 of those weeks. Terry thought it was a joke he owns the company so yes they had it 6 weeks. I told him I would pay what the warranty said I should be paying and take my truck and we could call the warranty and see if they would pay more. If not then he had my card number and could charge the rest. To that I got the cops called on me. Long story short Terry the owner is a POS stay away. They also did not put all of the parts back on the truck as I found them in the back seat and the bed. I had to take off work and waste almost 2 hours of my time to go there and get the parts installed and then all I got was a there ya go. US Scamamotive is a better name.
