Extremely poor service and terrible customer service

This is the second time I have brought my car here for a scheduled appointment, and both times they have completely forgotten that my car is there and that I am waiting for it. I have been left waiting for more than 3 hours without any update or explanation. When I ask for information, no one provides an answer or a solution—not the employees, not the manager, and certainly not the general manager. This is completely unacceptable and extremely disrespectful of customers’ time.
