Honesty and Integrity
I have been going to Wrench Connection for 15 years and my wife has been going for 25 years. I recommend them to family and friends. I never have to worry about an upsell on services I don't need unlike local tire shops. Always happy with my repairs.

The best shop in Orlando
I’ve been coming here for about 6 years and every time it’s a great experience. Roger at the front is always so kind and helpful, and the team of mechanics do real quality work. I trust them completely when it comes to diagnosing any problems, and fixing it in a timely manner for a fair price. They’ve kept my car working perfectly all these years, I’m so happy I found the best shop in Orlando!

Quick and Helpful
Ricky was amazing. I called on a Monday and they were able to take my car the next day. They gave me a call and told me everything that was going on and how to fix it. They had it ready in two days. They showed me the part they replaced and my old piece and where it was broken. They were so nice and so efficient.

Got me back in the road
My car was misfiring and I had it diagnosed by Roger. Super friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. I dropped my car off at around 1 pm and got a call back by 3:30 pm that it was ready to be picked up. Would recommend to anybody who wants an an honest and thorough mechanic.

Great guys and service
Had trans filter and fluid changed along with differential fluid. Truck is running way smoother. Despite an accident I arrived as they were closing up, they opened back up so.i could get my truck. Would definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful oil change experience
I called and was said it with an oil change at or this past Monday and when I get there, I was greeted by there I guess the owners dog which he was an older dog, but I guess I wasn’t the one he was looking for and waiting for because he just looked at me and no expression anyway from what I understand he was waiting for a person by the name of who I guess does the bookwork inside so I wasn’t anyhow I went and gave him my information which they already have. They just need to make sure everything was copacetic and took my key and then eventually worked on my car for the oil change and I was waiting patiently which I didn’t have to wait long at all so when I receive my car back after of course paying the service bill and plus I had a discount coupon that they had sent me late last year so I was able to use that and so my bill was like $50 not bad for an oil change with an oil filter wow anyhow so when I got in my car, I noticed the vendor sticker oil changed from another vendor was I was trying to get it off and I noticed it was gone. I got that little favor so nice so they do little things for you and I also felt like they had put air in my tires because the car felt a little easier to drive besides the oil of course so they did me very well and I will continue to go to them and I thank them for their service

Roger identified what was wrong with my car and gave me an estimate of the repairs. He also provided advice on purchasing a newer car such as brands, warranties and models to avoid.
