If you’ve had tires done there I’d ask for an alignment report as the alignment machine is broke and repairman refuses to fix due to not being paid for a previous repair. The tire balancer is broke and employees are not trained to use. An outside lift is used that has no safety catch. Repairs are done without quality control as I have left the company and no longer overseeing the repairs. Cars have come back due to over tightened oil filters and no oil. Wheels left loose as there is no policy/procedure in place to make sure work is done safely. I was fired when I refused to stay employed after my pay was cut without notice and I was not paid for commission and expressing my concerns for owner employing none ASE mechanics as he falsely advertises on his website. Vendors such as Interstate Battery have refused to due business as they weren’t paid. The owner- Asif is all about making money and not doing quality repairs. I will no longer be associated with this business.
