Do not go to Ultimate Automotive, they are unprofessional and seem to have an us against them mentality towards their customers. Having gone to mostly big city dealerships for service, I am quite knowledgeable about some inspecting the vehicle prior to service. This is good business practice; it protects the business from undue claims of damaging the vehicle after service and the customer from unintended damage to vehicle while in businesses hands. I requested this at Ultimate and they looked at me like I was crazy and insulting their integrity. I was then treated to dirty looks and expressions of disdain the rest of the time I was there. I was in no way implying anything, but they chose to take it personal, and make me feel like a jerk. I will never take a vehicle there again period.
