State Inspection
Do not go to Ultimate Automotive, they are unprofessional and seem to have an us against them mentality towards their customers. Having gone to mostly big city dealerships for service, I am quite knowledgeable about some inspecting the vehicle prior to service. This is good business practice; it protects the business from undue claims of damaging the vehicle after service and the customer from unintended damage to vehicle while in businesses hands. I requested this at Ultimate and they looked at me like I was crazy and insulting their integrity. I was then treated to dirty looks and expressions of disdain the rest of the time I was there. I was in no way implying anything, but they chose to take it personal, and make me feel like a jerk. I will never take a vehicle there again period.

Convenient, prompt, reliable and friendly
I had $4,000 in repairs. Much needed maintence. I would have appreciated a car wash upon pickup. I know other dealers do that for as little as an oil change. So maybe it's sounds petty but it would be a nice business practice for extensive costs that are incurred. Makes the patron feel good to leave in a clean and now even safer vehichle. The mechanics do a great job. Been a customer for over 10 years.

Poor detai job. Told carpets was shampooed but no evidence it was because ice cream stain still there and carpets were completely dry. Bugs on license plate. Car smelled bad when I got it back. Crumbs still present in seat cushions. Wheels and exhaust still dirty. Mike agreed poor job the day after but with that said UA has been great and Mike is great. The detail for me on that day was poor.
I would not recommend the detail service but the Auto service and customer service at UA is great.

Awesome as always
UAG did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and practically in the exact amount of time that they said they would do it. What's not to like about that kind of service? This is my 4th time here over they years, and it has always been the same! Congrats on a good business practice.
