I have been taking my vehicles to Tracy's since they opened the store on W Maple, then I started going to 1st St, closer to my work. I have referred many friends and business acquaintances to them. I just feel comfortable about dealing with them. The staff makes me feel good by not talking down to me, being a woman. Sometimes I don't know exactly what the problem is, they take the time to explain it to me. They answer even my dumbest questions without looking "put out"! Ladies this is a place you can take your vehicle and know that you are not being taken advantage of.
I started when Tracy owned it and now Mike. I was also glad to see Aaron back at the 1st St store when I took my car in last week. Had a light come on the night before , it wasn't on when I drove it the next morning. I took it in anyway so they could check it to be safe. They drove it, tested it and said couldn't find a problem everything looks good!! Just saying they have could have told me I had an issue, I wouldn't have known different. HONEST, trustworthy !! The staff is great. They have taken good care of all my vehicles for the past 20+ years. I like giving my business to locally owned establishments. Thank you!!
