Came in for service on my car. Went for a walk, by the time I returned it had started raining so I came through the showroom floor. When approached by salesman, I politely told him I was just returning to pick up my car from service and he politely told me I should "Feel free to enter through the service entrance". My car is 6 years old, paid off and if I decide to replace it it wont be from unfriendly people.
