Stopped in for the purchase of a new Saab key fob, hoping to just swap out the insides and drive away... sadly not possible. Their service Parts guy, Kevin says let's ask John if they can reprogram the new key the same day. And it's a yes, they thankfully charged a minimum sixty five dollars for labor, plus the new key fob of eighty one no eighty two cents. More than my budget allowed but it was a must! Thank you to Kevin and John at Tom Kelley Cadillac (and Saab)..!
