Great service
I've been to A 1 more than once and it was always great. The last time I went there was emotionally tough, because I had bad news about my car that I couldn't afford to pay. I didn't know what to do, instead of them pushing me out the door. I asked questions they answered them the best they could. I felt better when I walked out the door.

Trustworthy service, customer focused, informative
I'm a repeat customer with standard oil changes (including a squirrel attacked air filter) and now an engine replacement on a 13 year old car. I appreciate all the information I receive from Bill and Brian and they ensure you get quality repairs, parts, and practical customer service (no weird sweet talk that makes you wonder if you're being taken - this is common for women to receive) at a reasonable price. The owner started giving me daily detailed updates when they ran into supply issues on major repairs - I already felt loyal to them and it's now cemented. Glad to feel secure driving away from their lot.
