Awesome experience buying new Santa Fe Calligraphy!
Buying a new car can be stressful, especially if you're trading, and I 'never' look forward to it. But I have to say, our recent purchase of a 2023 Santa Fe was the exception to the rule. All thanks to young salesperson named Tyler Gibbs. Tyler has a very special way about him that seems to take all the pressure and anxiety out of the experience. We weren't initially sure if we were ready to trade our older Santa Fe Sport but wanted to take a look at the newer models. When we drove onto the Titus-Will lot, Tyler came over, introduced himself, and asked how he could help. He was a wealth of knowledge, answering all our questions - even the ones we didn't know to ask! Not once did he pressure us or try to get us to take a test drive (which we weren't ready for). Wow, what a breath of fresh air! I took Tyler's contact info and told him we'd talk it over get back to him we knew what we wanted to do. A couple of days later I texted Tytler, telling him we wanted to come in and see what kind of deal we could make on the white Calligraphy we'd seen earlier. To my amazement, Tyler actually made what is normally a stressful negotiating process...well, downright pleasant! I'll normally come ready to haggle back and forth until I'm plumb worn out, but that just wasn't necessary this time. Tyler was upfront and honest from the beginning, and we were able to come to an equitable and fair agreement in short order. My wife and I were simple blown away! I made a point of speaking to the sales manager afterwards, telling him how pleased we were with Tyler and the entire experience. We got a car we just love and a new friend to boot. I don't see how you can beat a deal like that! If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, I strongly recommend that you visit Titus Will Hyundai and for SURE ask for Tyler Gibbs.
