X5 OIL leak
GERMAN Car Service, did an excellent and thorough repair of my x5. It had a vacuum leak that was redistributing oil somewhere else. The open line and failed pump was trouble shot and replaced quickly.
They got to it, identified the issue and corrected the problem. No hassles, fast repair,
I did not have to go to the dealership. I recommend this team for your car.

Amazing service!

Better Service close to home
After my purchase in autumn 2011, my car’s annual service was performed at the dealership. But I will entrust the care of my mini cooper to German Car Service hereafter:
…I dropped into the business, because a friend had recommended GCS, based upon her experience; I was asked pertinent questions about my concerns, and where I had most recently taken my car for service (to the dealership, a month earlier). Jose recorded the VIN and gave me a written estimate of the charge; we scheduled a service appointment for early on the next business day.
…Several vehicles (including two newer mini coopers) waited in the front car park; I expected to collect my car at end of day, but received the call mid afternoon.
…Jose gave me a concise printed outline of the work GCS had performed, and asked again who had done the previous work (because of a task left undone); GCS corrected that omission. I paid the bill (as estimated) and pocketed the receipt.
…My mini cooper is performing as it should.
Jose’s manner was professional, thorough, focused; he inspired trust.
