Paying attention and listen carefully what's the customer wants to do as far as a spare tire or any tools that requires proper place to return the tools needed it's one way of helping a disabled customer for his limitation what they can do one way. Doing an extra mile helping they see that customer needs assistance simply was bypass and ignore and did not relay the message that leads to service failure my last very concerning an alarming I did not receive my original car key what I did receive a receipt a car lock for my wheels and my debit card I never seen my original key I went straight to the company service shuttle where I'm at the driver so I can return my rental car by the time I get back cleaning my car I've been told that the key was given to me so I went straight to the car rental company they help me search the key and unsuccessful I check my car so with the van company shuttle it was very unfortunate a su

She handed me the original key if you guys have something to support her statement based on your security camera if there's available installed help me track that key if the camera captured it all then my big apology I will be released before I left during closing time I gave the staff a Kudos a compliment that's what the an awesome team they have the service is great now this was before the fact I found that Mikey is missing because I came back from returning the car rental so I came back to Tire Plus to pick up my car that's the time I found out
