Honest!
The dealership where I usually get maintenance completed informed me that I needed my rear brake pads replaced. Northland provided price of $400 less than dealership and when Northland looked at my car they informed me that new pads were not needed! I completely appreciated the honesty which allowed me to save money!

Good job
I went to north land so I can get my car fixed fast for a trip to Idaho they fixed my car fast and have it ready the same day I went to my trip to Idaho for work and nothing happened on the way back from Idaho thanks north land

Northland performance = TOP NOTCH
Called and explained my issue and I felt heard. They appeared genuinely concerned and got me in right away to look at my vehicle. It was diagnosed sooner then expected and they were honest and very communicative through the entire process. Will only use northland performance from here forward.

Love going there
This place and the people that work there are the best! Love going there, to me it’s a mom and pop business and I support that! They do great work!

Fixing a car
Service was excellent they did a wonderful job explain what was wrong . The tech who worked on the car did an amazing job and would recommend them for people to go get there vehicles to be fixed there

Walk in
I brought my car to Northland Performance in the late morning to have new headlights installed and to check for a possible oil leak. They were sure they could work on it that same day if I was able to leave the vehicle. I did and everything was done by 4:30 that afternoon. I am very very satisfied as I had expected to make an appointment for that week, but was able to have everything done that very same day!

Vehicle repairs
The shops technician was able to get my vehicle repaired on time even though I didn’t have an appointment and understood the situation I had. If it was other shops I would have been turned away. Great customer service.
