i have gone to tires plus for my work for the last couple of years, and liked the people there, the person at the front desk at that time was always helpfull and friendly and would put the power steering fluid in for me. until they got a new manager. I went today 12/22/2021 to have some power steering fluid put it. She told me they couldn't do it. I felt she was rude and not helpful at all. So I went over to NAPA across the street where they helped me not only did i get my power steering fluid, the person at the register took the time to come out and put it in for me, (That is what I call good service) they will get my business from now on and will send my friends there also...
