He worked part-time plus while putting himself through Hennepin County Vocational Technical College in Eden Prairie. Upon graduation, Dan started working full-time at Penn Mobil. When the owner of Penn Mobil expanded his business to Richfield, Dan started working at Penn Mobil in 1983 before he graduated from Edina High School in 1985. Very good customer service.
Very good customer service and a man of his word. Dan gets it done and he’s very efficient at the project he’s working on. I will definitely be coming back. I will not be going anywhere else to get something done with my car.

Trustworthy
I love this place cause they’re honest and I trust them. They saved me many hundreds of dollars over the years. There’s another shop in the neighborhood, where they’re always telling me I need things done that don’t need to be done. Like brake pads, air filters, etc.. I go to this place for a second opinion.

Trusted, professional, courteous
I have had issues with another repair shop in the neighborhood. Constantly saying, I needed new brake pads, and other repairs, when I didn’t really need them. I trust this shop. They’ve saved me many hundreds of dollars. They do excellent work. And I’ve been living in this neighborhood since 1988 so I know these things. Highly recommended.

Great service and quick getting in.
We’ve always had great service at Penn Auto, we were in a pinch for time, the day before a trip the car broke and they were able to get in and take care of us and so we could get my daughter on the trip. Thanks again.

Excellent as always
Penn auto never disappoints always fast and honest service. On 2 different occasions I brought my car in expecting an expensive repair only to be pleasantly surprised by being told it didn't need what others said it did. When it has needed work I have always left feeling fully informed and confident I got quality and trustworthy work at the best prices around. I will never bring my car anywhere else

Always good service
Love that Dan! He shoots from the hip! He is helping me keep a too old car alive! Doesn’t overdo, but tells me the bottomline. Always gets me an appt.
