Unfortunately the most I can give is five stars but if I could give ten I would. The experience we had buying our Hyundai was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I’ve bought a few cars. My husband had been communicating with Kat the day prior about coming in to look at a new vehicle for me similar to the Elantra I had prior. She was very communicative and friendly from the start and more than willing to help. When we came in the following few days later we came in to everything all ready to go for us. We arrived the vehicle (2025 Elantra) was parked out front for us to view and look at. Kat greeted us and asked us if we wanted to sit in the vehicle then test drive. She was very friendly and kind and also relatable, after test driving we discussed what we needed too and started with paper. The whole process from start to finish took under three hours and was honestly just the best experience. Every single person at Tim Moran Hyundai was kind and friendly as well as knowledgeable. They made going out to buy a car as easy as it could be. And we will be coming back again.
