Service experience was horrible but sales experience was good.
The services dept has a ton of room for growth. My experience, as a woman, was far less than I hoped for. When it was Gosch Hyundai service was much better. The service tech/manager doesn’t return calls. They need to understand that cars are important to their clients. Their clients need and depend on their cars. To go days without returning clients calls seeking updates on diagnosis is simply unacceptable. I had to actually go to the Ford service manager to get a response. Again, simply unacceptable and I doubt they would treat a man in the same manner. I will recommend buying a car at your business but definitely not servicing on there.
