Excellent customer service!
Service persons came to my mother's house to test the battery, but it had just been replaced by your shop. They arrived promptly after they called to say they were on their way. Upon arrival the servicemen were very respectful, and they quickly started the car and drove it back to the shop for my mother. After several days of testing, I was contacted and the problem had been found and resolved. He thoroughly explained the cause for the problem and what had been done. The next day my mother and I went in to pick up the car, and our service person was so very patient and attentive to my mom. He took time to explain some of the things that he had reset for her since the battery had died, and he even took time to reset/reprogramed her radio stations. I wish that I remembered the name of the service advisor, but I am sure you I am speaking of. He was a real blessing to us.
