Honest, reliable, trustworthy
Honest, reliable and trustworthy are 3 adjectives that come to mind when describing Thousands Oaks Automotive.., Went to the dealership and got an oil chance was told my car needed to replace Serpentine belt, can do right now $$$ said no called Thousand Oaks Automotive and it was almost half the cost… had a service light pop up took it to them thinking dealership forgot to rest something. I’m grateful there are business out there that value their customers .., I was told in our opinion you don’t need xyz at the moment I’d wait until it’s needed … reset the service indicator light free of charge … thank you very grateful

The very best.
Very professional. Kept me informed.
Brian was able to fix the a/c on my Acadia in order for me to avoid a major expense.
They were able to diagnose the problem with the a/c on my GMC Sierra truck in 2 hours. A dealership and another independent shop could not diagnose the problem over a combined 4 day period. They slso fixed a major oil leak which was due to a previous dealership not replacing the oil pan gasket when the oil pimp was repaired.
This is the most honest, competent group of people I know. You can't go wrong with their service.
Had a bad experience at a previous mechanic shop.... So I brought it here to have them FURTHER take care of my vehicle. It was like Night & Day. They communicated in detail of what the diagnostics were and repairs that were needed. They we're confident & sure (did not contradict what they were saying/doing when questions were asked). Paul Hooge was very professional and respectful. While he explained things to me (not knowing my knowledge of cars); he did not try to "mansplain" and talk down to me because I'm a woman- That's a big plus in my world.
My neighbor recommended that I try this garage. Glad I did. It's nice to have a trusted automotive garage convenient to where I live. Excellent service will highly recommend.
I have always had a good experience with your employees. I am pleased with the quality of work and trust them to inform me of additional work that is needed.
