Brought my 2005 Ram 3500 diesel in for routine service and to diagnose what I thought to be an electrical problem. There was a problem but not with the alternator or ECM as I suspected. The culprit was a defective electric clutch for the radiator fan. The tech replaced the clutch, discovered the drive belt was excessively glazed and needed replacement, and the belt tensioner though functional was weakening and replacement was recommended. All work completed, I was not charged labor to install the belt tensioner. Thanks for that accomodation. Total bill of $1192 and the truck runs as it should. I'm pleased and THANK YOU!
