Purchasing and finance were great. Service is lacking.
The sales and finance departments were great I have no issue with them. The service department I would not rate highly. When I purchased my Santa Fe Hybrid Caligraphy model there were scratches in the matte finish of the hood. They told me it would take a week to repaint. Then they said two weeks. My service advisor said he didn’t know who would tell me a week-you did. Then I got an e-mail after a week asking what I thought of the service on my car. No idea I don’t have the car! I have had Porsches and Jaguars and Cadillacs. Service is always excellent. I feel Hyundai needs to step it up in the service department. I also got a loaner…a Toyota Corolla. Quite a step down from my $55k car I just bought. Again I find this lacking.
