What started out as a bad Wednesday and the last day of my 10 day work rotation where something has gone wrong everyday. Today’s it’s the battery in my 2017 F150 and I’m traveling home for my 4 days off. After calling several places for a jump start or possibly a tow if needed. I was given the suggestion to call Sullivans. Pete answered the phone was very friendly and got me in touch with his tow truck service who gave me a jump start and got my truck to Sullivans and met Pete who was very Friendly, easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable as if I had been a customer there for years. After having a good cup of coffee and a donut and friendly conversation with some of the team there, my truck was done.
Job well done at a reasonable price and a new customer gained.
Thank you for the help and know that I will pass along the reference.
