What started out as a bad Wednesday and the last day of my 10 day work rotation where something has gone wrong everyday. Today’s it’s the battery in my 2017 F150 and I’m traveling home for my 4 days off. After calling several places for a jump start or possibly a tow if needed. I was given the suggestion to call Sullivans. Pete answered the phone was very friendly and got me in touch with his tow truck service who gave me a jump start and got my truck to Sullivans and met Pete who was very Friendly, easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable as if I had been a customer there for years. After having a good cup of coffee and a donut and friendly conversation with some of the team there, my truck was done.
Job well done at a reasonable price and a new customer gained.
Thank you for the help and know that I will pass along the reference.

Phenomenal service & overall experience
Dropped my vehicle off after hours and the process was very straightforward and easy to do. No hidden drop boxes or dark creepy parking lots! The mechanics got back to me insanely quick about issues with my vehicle and inspection. They did a ton of calling around beforehand to acquire the parts I'd need. Gave me a very fair and honest quote, and fixed my families vehicle quickly ! Words cannot express how much of a pleasure it was dealing with peter,and the Sullivan crew altogether!

Absolutely terrible
My truck was involved with an accident with a deer, I went to pick up my tools for work and was denied entry to my truck. I was informed that I needed permission from my insurance company to get into my truck. It was a 911 call. That’s great cause all accident calls turn to 911 calls, but whatever. This is the really funny part, see my truck was never in an accident that involved a death, besides the death of a deer. This is THE ONLY WAY you can’t get into your vehicle. I informed them I wasn’t stupid and knew these rules. Again I was told I was wrong but with attitude this time. So I laughed, slammed his door on the way out and proceeded to call my insurance company. He followed and said “slam my door again and there will be cops called”, I responded “please do call them, cause what you’re doing is ILLEGAL!”. After contacting my insurance company they told me that Sullivan has no authority to do this which I responded “oh trust me I know”. After an hour of waiting and permission given from my insurance company I was allowed to get into my truck. No apology no nothing. My insurance called back and said would you like to contact police, I said no I just wanted my tools out of my truck. Do not get your vehicle fixed here, do not use their tow service, you might wind up with one license plate like I did and it wasn’t even the one involved in the impact. This shop is scummy and shady. Do business with them if you want to. I choose to let everyone know how they operate.

Awesome
I went to Sullivan for my normal inspection. A few major problems were found and I was notified . I was given choices and everything was explained to me. I chose to have the work done there . It was done in a timely fashion and Peter was very kind...as always. I have never had a bad experience. Thank you all for taking care of my car!
