I think this maybe used to be a reputable company, but in the past two years (see recent reviews on other platforms) they seemed to have changed their tactics to taking advantage of their customers. They offer a reasonable charge for initial visit ($89), but won't actually do any work, even something simple, covered by that fee. Instead, they quote an outrageous amount for actually doing the work, in my case $750 for something I did the next day in about 30 minutes (presumably it would have taken a professional less time). I think they are hoping to take advantage of consumers who need their appliances repaired and would have another delay if they didn't accept the exorbitant quote.
