Quick & efficient
Our Subzero refrigerator was leaking water. Our technician was able to come the same day and quickly diagnose the problem and provide an estimate for service. He fixed the problem same day and as far as the price of parts, I’m not sure what it would cost with another company. We were happy with our technician & service.

Rip-off
I think this maybe used to be a reputable company, but in the past two years (see recent reviews on other platforms) they seemed to have changed their tactics to taking advantage of their customers. They offer a reasonable charge for initial visit ($89), but won't actually do any work, even something simple, covered by that fee. Instead, they quote an outrageous amount for actually doing the work, in my case $750 for something I did the next day in about 30 minutes (presumably it would have taken a professional less time). I think they are hoping to take advantage of consumers who need their appliances repaired and would have another delay if they didn't accept the exorbitant quote.

I think this company has changed management (or at least policies) as they now run a standard bait and switch operation, with modestly priced initial visit, but huge cost for actually doing any repairs.

GE refrigerator repair
Sam was very responsive and I was able to get service same day. He seems very experiences=d and was able to locate the problem and repair it on the spot. Highly recommend Subzero Viking Repair company for any cooling appliances.
