I found this shop on Groupon and was a bit nervous, despite decent reviews. I called & made my reservation with Javier who kept his word about both the appt, expected wait and repair time. The shop is clean and professional. Javier was doing many things b/c his mechanic was out at that moment. To expedite matters and while answering other customer calls, Javier installed my brakes so I would be out on time. He made some recommendations and sent me on my way!
