Stay away, There are places that are much better qualified.
I should have known to stay away, When I was told "Do not tell me how to do my job, When After watching several Youtube videos of ASE guys working on my Kia where they stated there was no need to remove steering cover etc as it is just a waste of time. I wanted to see if I could do it, But due to my Back issues I could not. Once I started the heater, It did not work in the Defrost mode. So I went back in and told them somthing was wrong, instead of thinking that Possibly the worker may have forgot a clamp, hose, wire etc that would cause this, As there was no problem prior, Only the blower. Which started making noises on Med and higher settings, then just stopped. This would Not cause a failure with the venting system. But The owner acted like I knew somthing was wrong and asif I was pulling a fast one. This pissed me off as I know my car inside and out. I bought it new 7 years ago and BABY it! Every little nuance I am aware of. So now I am out almost $800.00. Plus now I have to pay to have it fixed again. If Kia say It was due to these guys work I will update! STAY AWAY there are shops that will make you feel welcome and not like a scammer. I had to spend 2 hrs driving back and fourth just to get my car worked on there as they also do not have a loaner car!
