I had a good experience but there were some things to improve on. The signage when driving into the service center needs improvement. I ened up on the West side of the building, oops. The service desk associate made things clear for me so that I know to drive up to the Service garage doors on the East side and they'll automatically open, cool. There were two desks in the Service garage and it wasn't clear which one I was supposed to go to, another improvment to make. The break room was nice and clean, internet was great, snacks and drinks were awesome but the shelves had random merchandise that seemed out of place. For reference, my service date was 8/26/2024
