Taken Advantage of
My wife called to schedule an appointment to have her car looked at for a slipping transmission under the impression that they would take a quick complimentary look at it for her. They drove the vehicle around the block and told her that they could not get the transmission to act up and said "Yeah you will need a new transmission". Upon arrival to pick up the car she was hit with a $110 bill with "hazmat fees" and "Shop supply fees" included for doing a test drive??? This is the kind of place that sees a woman come in and sees an easy target to throw a bill at. Very disappointing and I would highly recommend other options before taking your vehicle here.

Change oil etc
Brought my Subaru Forrester in for its yearly oil change and maintenance. I appreciated and was delighted that they saw corrosion on my battery and saved me from a potential hazard. Great team. Thank you. .

Mini Cooper Service
Bob and his staff were very professional and handled our concerns professionally. The only other qualified Mini repair shop is over 55 miles from our home so Nelson's is more convenient. I would recommend using Nelson's for your Mini repairs.

Great customer care… one of two issues resolved…mostly happy with outcome. They went above to make sure I was satisfied. The one unresolved issue was above their knowledge or equipment capability. I’ll return for future car care

New to me
My first visit with this mechanic’s shop.
Friendly staff. Speaking with the service team helped me understand the repairs and the cost. Also, It was easy to make arrangements to pick up my car outside of business hours!
I had my rear brakes done on my BMW. I’m confident with a repair job done right!
