Don't recommend
Started out a decent experience but quickly proved why you don't trust dealerships. I don't do reviews on business but this one left a bad taste in my mouth.

Everyone was friendly
I had a headlight out they replaced one bulb took 10 minutes and charged me 167.00.pretty outrageous in my opinion.next time I’ll google it and do it myself should have done it in the first place

O2 replaced
The new crew seem to be more knowledgeable and competent than previously. Chris carefully reviewed prior work records, Jason got the O2 sensor replaced and I didn't have to make a second appointment.

Beyond expectations.
The most efficient, courtesy/response I ever expected. They found a part for my 1991 Honda that appeared to be non existence by other people I contacted!

Hayden Cars is great.
The guys at Hayden Cars are amazing. They were very buzy, but still took me in right away. The environment was comfortable and clean. They trouble shot my Jeep and worked with me on cost.
After leaving my Jeep had a small problem and Chris and the tech came to help me, right away.
I highly recommend Hayden Cars. I already have.

Top notch service
I brought my 2001 f350 in for what I thought were some minor issues. Unfortunately some of these issues required substantial work. Jacob was in constant communication about the repairs and conscious of escalating cost associated. In the end we took a proactive approach to replacing normal wear items that could and would lead to additional repair down the road. I’m confident I’ll get another 20+ years of enjoyment driving my truck thanks to Hayden cars

Great service
Jacob in the service dept was very helpful and knowledgeable helped quote out repairs and got me in and out quickly. Even informed me that my car didn’t need the service another shop said it did. Plan to return for all my 120000 mile maintenance.

Below Average Service
Car had engine issues a week after the 3 month warranty expired. Warranty wouldnt cover the things that ended up needing replacing throughout the warranty, they would find loopholes to not fix it.
