I made the appt for 10:15 on a Saturday for regular 15k service and did not get my car back until 5:00. I left four messages throughout the day trying to retrieve my car or find out what time it might be ready and never received a call back. I called twice and got through, spoke to the young woman and was left on hold for more than 10 minutes each time with no Service Tech picking up the call. When I finally did speak with someone, he stated my car had been ready for awhile. When I (and thank you for the shuttle service) retrieved my car, the young woman told me that they had over 40+ cars to service that day. The quality of what is usually great service suffered greatly that day!! Having to wait all day to get car, vacuuming was done very poorly, car wash was below par, and they forgot the window sticker for next service reminder. So disappointed in this visit.
