My car has been at the dealership for 3.5 months and to my knowledge has still not been repaired. Last update I had was that they were reaching out to Hyundai support because they couldn't get car to start after engine repair. That was about 2 weeks ago. No update since. This place is terrible. They still have my car but I just got an invite to review the service I apparently received on the 22nd. Do not take car here for the engine recall.

Thank you for your feedbackj. I left a message yesterday stating that the Field Service Engineer was here all day inspecting your vehicle. He came to the conclusion that the PCM (engine computer) needs to be replaced. This part is not part of the pending recall. However I explained due to your vehicle being here so long if HYundai came help. Great news, they approved to have the PCM replaced on your vehicle as a goodwill. I have already special ordered the part and expect it to arrive late this week or early next week to install. If you can be so kind and consider re-scoring our dealer I would greatly appreciate it. I will send it back for you to re-score.
