I took my 2014 Sonata in for the 15k service. I also had a tire leaking air. It took them 5-6 hours to get the work done. Upon pickup, I noticed the technician didn't talk about the leak. I had to ask him if he fixed the leak. He said the person working on the car didn't see any issues with the tire. I told him I have been losing air and receiving the warning light every week consistently for the past month! When he looked at the tires, the head of a huge silver nail was staring right at us! He apologized and took it to be repaired. I had to wait an additional half hour for that to be fixed.
Also, my car didn't get washed. When I told them to do it, they took my car and just sprayed it down. It was soaking wet and dirtier than when I brought it in!
Very poor service quality although their technicians are friendly. Doesn't help when you can't get the services you need done!!
