Hung me out to dry
I purchased a 2021 F-250 last year. When the vehicle arrived I noticed there were some WARNINGS in the dash. The lane change and blind spot indicators were not working. It was discovered that this was due to after market taillights.
The local Ford Dealer told me the lights needed to be replaced. Informed Sterling McCall of this I had many emails with the previous General Manager and kept getting the run around, Now the new GM will not respond - no concern for my safety and no effort to make this right - It has been 1 year and 5 months to date! - And forget trying to contact Group 1, it is impossible
