Ongoing Problems, Rude Manager – Worst Experience with a Dealership
My experience with this dealership has been terrible. My transmission failed at only 20,000 miles, and ever since their service department worked on my car I’ve had ongoing problems. The service manager, Kelly, was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for the damage their team caused. Their service department is careless, unprofessional, and cannot be trusted. I will never purchase from this dealership again and strongly warn others not to waste their time or money here.
