Gordon and Sandifer is the best!
I’ve always thought that Gordon and Sandifer provides the best service available. Their prices are the best. I wouldn’t bring my car to anyone other than Gordon and Sandifer.

Quick service
They repaired my truck and it runs great again. I had broken the hose from the water pump to the heater while changing out the coils and plugs. Minor issue with the idle speed. It would sometimes stall when you came to a stop. I had read that any time you change the coils and plugs it takes a while for the computer to reset itself to the accommodate the new components. Put some miles in it and it is running like a top.

Mixed customer service
I stopped by at 4:40pm 4/7/25, which is only 20 minutes before closing. I knew my chances were slim because of the time, but asked if I could a slow leak in a tire patched. No was the answer, but no big deal. So I asked if I could leave the tire to get it patched and pick it up the following day. The answer was yes, but when I said I had to take the leaky tire off the car and switch it out for the spare, the man at the desk made no offer of assistance. Whatever, I’m an independent woman and can change a tire, so I did. Unfortunately, my spare was flat as well! Luckily, I own a battery powered air pump and the spare was just low on air and not damaged. As I was filling the spare, the man at the desk closed up shop and walked right by me barely sparing me a glance. I said “it sucks when your spare is flat too!”. He agreed, got in his truck and left. That was shockingly poor customer service to me! How could he not even offer to stay until my tire was filled to make sure it wasn’t damaged?

On the good side, my tire was ready early the following morning. The man at the desk was very nice and when I offered to pay additional for them to put the tire on for me, he declined and said it was no additional charge. They put my newly repaired tire on and I was out of there in 5 minutes! My 2 vastly different experiences felt like I’d visited 2 different businesses!

I am very sorry that we did not take care of your needs better. We try to treat our customers as part of the family and it seems our behavior that afternoon was not acceptable. I am pleased that we were able to partially redeem ourselves the next morning. I hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to demonstate our normal operating practices. We appreciate our customers for trusting our family with their vehicles.

Quick turnaround and fair prices on A/C compressor
I've dreaded the day that I'd finally shell out the money to pay for my A/C to be repaired on my 2011 Toyota RAV4, but I finally bit the bullet in anticipation of another hot Louisiana summer. I brought the car to Gordon and Sandifer, and they were able to get everything repaired in less than a day's time, at a price that I couldn't beat anywhere else. Super satisfied with their work and customer service!

Amazing Job!!
Within a week of bringing my car to the shop, it was returned good as new! There was no evidence that the fender bender ever occurred, and communication from the shop about the process was always clear and efficient!

Flat tire
Your crew was professional and quick to get right to work on my flat. I came in right off of the interstate where I hit something in the road. You guys got right on it and got me back on the road quick. Very good experience.

Body work
The finish product and customer service was good but the dust and dirty rags from completing the job was left in my car upon pick up. A few other mishaps pertaining to detail but maybe they were in a rush. I would definitely recommend a supervisor inspects the vehicle's Inside and out, after the techs completion to avoid this kind of service.

Honest people
After being ignored at another auto/tire place (waiting 2.5 hours)— waiting for my tire to b repaired i was then told my tire had to be replaced and they couldnt help me at all, i brought it to Sandifer and they repaired my tire in 20 minutes for $30!!! I was so grateful for their service. Made a customer for life out of me!

Amazing!!! Quick and great communication
My daughter who attends LSU was involved in a hit and run. I am 8 hours away in Boerne, Texas. Kelly was amazing to deal with from start to finish. He understood the assignment and was kind and understanding. My daughter was back in her vehicle within a week!!! Highly recommend especially with OOS LSU parents!!
