My 2005 Toyota had an issue with the brakes and with persistence, Rich was able to correct the problem. He even consulted with the Toyota dealer regarding the issue before he released my car. I knew that the brakes was correct when he called me because he shared with me the process he had exhausted to explore the issue with the car. Kudos to Rich. Margaret, customer for 13 years.
