Best service in town!
The repairs to my Outback were completed faster than I anticipated, you would never know that they had to replace most of the front end due to deer damage. I was very pleased with the whole process and with the professionalism of the staff. I hope to never need them again, but I can honestly say that they have made me a lifelong customer. Thank you!

Repairs
Repairs were done in timely manner and completed ahead of time. Communications were great. Car was thoroughly cleaned when I got it back.

Awesome work!
My car had significant hail damage, when I got it back you couldn't even tell that anything happened. They did an amazing job repairing all the dents. I will definitely yourself Bates again.

Good
I was told I would get car back on the 17 and then they said no we told you the 21. So my car was locked up for 2 weekends which they don't work on sat or sun. Then they drove my car around and with gas at $5 dollars a gallon I brought to there attention and they gave me a $10 gas card which was nice.

WONDERFUL!
Bates did a great job handling our repair work. The person we dealt with, David, did a terrific job answering our all questions and allaying our fears. Shop did a great job with the repairs and we got the car back two days early. We copuld not be happier with the service.
