Good service desk / bad mechanics / car burglarized
The actual mechanic-service is typically average at this location. The service desk workers are the only reason I returned..until now. My car was left on the lot for parts, and was burglarized despite supposedly having a lot attendant. My car was ransacked with alot of items left inbetween my seats and the center consul, as those were items undesirable to steal. The service manager shrugged it off by saying 'we did give you a discount on the brake fluid flush.." rationalizing the burglary. Where has customer service gone? LoL

I sorry you though i was not concerned about your issue. I did not mean to give the impression I did not care. I was simply stating we are not respondsable for things left inside the vehicle. I states this on the work order you signed. I believe you were burglarized and I don't think it was from anyone who works here. I know my service advisor submitted a $80.00 discount for you and I believe you stated about $10.00 in change was missing. that in no way justifies your vehicle being burglarized. I am sorry this happen to you.
