Spoke with Ian. He said he rated his overall experience with he business so low because he had to go back and fix the rear windshield wipers and the rear tail light because they were not fixed properly.

Upon return we inspected the wiper assy and the nut was loose. The lights were removed for the color change and upon reinstallation the connection was not made sufficiently to have the lamps operate at proper levels.
