Love-hate relationship of buying a new Hyundai Palisade from Ken Garff Hyundai, Cheyenne, Wyoming. I dearly love the salesperson Denett and was more than happy with her knowledge and presentation. I would be more than happy to buy another car from her in the future. After putting several miles on the new Palisade, we dearly love it. I think my problem is with others. Aside from the problems with Joe, the finance person, I noticed the headliner had several greasy hand prints on it. Denett had it looked at and they fluffed the nap but left the dirty prints. It looks better, but the dirty prints are still there. I was happy with the final quote for $55,954.96. Then off to finance, to start with, I tried to tell Bob I was not interested in any of his additional coverage as I take great care of my vehicles. I very seldom own a vehicle past the original warranty. Probably no more Ken Garff. He persisted in wasting 2 hours of my time and has to be the rudest finance person I have ever dealt with.
