Mr. Jonathan Kaitell was the Sport Durst Hyundai salesperson that assisted us in purchasing a new Elantra SE. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and very observant of our specific requirements regarding the type and model of car we were seeking. At no point did Mr. Kaitell attempt to "move" us upward in the Elantra line in terms of price and/or availability. When the Hyundai we purchased arrived earlier than expected, Mr. Kaitell quickly contacted us. We were pleased with this initiative on his part and we obtained the Elantra SE earlier than anticipated.
