Awesome customer service and body work!
Highly recommend this body shop. I went there years ago when it was Brown's but hadn't had a reason to go back until now. This CarSmart is awesome. Ivye is a delight to work with. I received a text every couple days with updates and the work was done on time and the quality was exceptional. 10/10

Slow progress, minimal communication, and poor repair
Unfortunately, this one did not go well. The car sat there for a week before I had any communication from CarSmart. Then they didn't let me know when the first bumper they got in was the wrong one. They delayed my pick up at the very last minute, to 3 days later, and when I finally got my car back, the repair (a new bumper, newly-painted) had a small scratch and dent and dark black mark (white bumper).

Great service, great people!
This place has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. This is especially true considering how frustrating I imagine it can be these days dealing with expectant customers and extended service times as they wait on parts. I travel for work, and they arranged for my car to be brought to their location for me. They kept me updated regularly via text and their online service page. They even finished a bit earlier than expected. Fingers crossed I never need collision repair again, but for anyone who does, I would 1000 out of 10 recommend. Thank you so much to Ivy, Cathy, Bonnie, Adam, and Jason for facing my anxiety head on and answering all of my calls and questions with professionalism and courtesy. Haha. I appreciate you all!
