Fixed problem with poor design
SPARKS automotive fixed my timing on a Ford escape with the worst engine design possible and then replaced that engine and was going to replace it again but I instead traded it in for something reliable. I already knew this but all my friends told me that anywhere else would’ve told me to go take a hike and I would’ve been stuck paying five or $6000 to get that thing fixed. I am forever grateful to Patrick and Julie and all of the hard-working people they have that were so good to me during such a frustrating few ordeals. I know I would never be treated in such a good way anywhere else and from the bottom of my heart, I thank you all for all your kindness and one day I will be able to return the huge favor. I am beyond grateful. There are no words to express how appreciative I am. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I will see you guys soon as I do have something else that needs to be fixed and once again, thank you so much for everything. I don’t just consider you my mechanics, but I also consider you my friends!!!!!
