Historically I had my car serviced at the dealership. I came upon Sparks after a recommendation from a friend and found them to be fair and honest. They work to find options that save me money.

Replaced both heater hoses and troubleshooting an electrical issue for 2 days. The guys at sparks are very, very good at what they do, have known them for years. Expensive but I absolutely trust their work. These are good people !!!

My Kia Soul is designed to shut down during stop lights but auto restart when the brakes are released. It would shut down and not auto restart. Sparks got it working properly again.
I brought my Kia Soul to Sparks on Tuesday with a problem with NY auto restart. They gave me a Friday 9:00 appointment which was first available.
When I arrived Friday they took my car in immediately and diagnosed the problems. I was told it would be done later in the day or Saturday morning appoximate estimate of repairs and suggested maintenance was discussed and we agreed on what would be done and i left. I got a ride home from my wife and received a call early Saturday to tell me it would be done around 11:00 but they wouldcall when it was ready. About 11:15 I got the call and went to the shop. My car was ready and an additional small repair had been required to finish the repair. Julie reworked the discount to make my price only slightly more than estimate. Payed out with a check and received savings over credit.
My car has been running well since repair. Thank You Sparks🙏🏻

When I come to Sparks I know I am in good hands.
I have let Sparks take care of my cars for years and have yet to be disappointed.
They have corrected any problems that either I have found or they found by doing computer checks. No charge to me!!
As honest as they come!!!!

Once Again, Great Work, Wonderful Results
I drive a 23 year old auto, but live to maintain and preserve it. The Sparks team has been a great find for me in this pursuit. Today they returned my auto after completing several major items of repair and replacement. Tires, brakes, front end suspension. The car drove like a dream tonight. I am eternally grateful. 👍👍👍

Truck Don't run
Brought my f150 in. No crank. No start. I already replaced starter,crank sensor, relays fuses ECT. Still nothing. After 1 day at sparks they called said all fixed. Paid them 211 for not sure what. They said they fixed some bad wire?? Expensive wire? Drove home next morning again no crank. No start??
