Sparks Comes Through Again
There is never a good time to become disabled motor vehicle. You would think the week between Christmas and New Years is especially difficult. Not for Sparks Computerized Car Care. I had to have my car towed into Sparks on the Monday following Christmas. I did not have an appointment. I did call ahead to advise them that the car was on its way, but to be honest, I did not expect them to get to it right away. I was wrong. Within an hour, I received a phone call explaining what the diagnosis was. By 4:30 pm that same day, my car was repaired, three new ignition coils. I was extremely grateful for the fast service. No BS, no excuses, just fast reliable and professional service. I have been coming to Sparks for years and this is why, they treat you like family first and a customer second.
