I was experiencing a noise under the car and thought it might be a loose tail pipe
I stopped by the shop first thing the next morning and John put my car up on the rack and quickly determined that a new muffler was in order. He sat down and called in for the parts, and one of his mechanics in ths shop gave me a ride home. Before lunch time John called me to say that the work was completed and he would be by to pick me up! I could hardly believe it (except that I know John.) As always, year after year, John is amazing - an expert with true integrity who always charges a fair price for the work he does, and he only does the work that needs to be done, and he is always right about what needs to be done!
