Got me on my roadtrip

Austin and the team did a great job getting me on the road. They were doing some maintenance for me before a big road trip and ran into an issue some repairs the day before I was supposed to leave. They needed additional parts, which they normally have delivered. To make sure I could leave next day, they made the trip late in the day to pick up parts, and got the repairs completed just in time so I could leave early the next morning. I hugely appreciate this attention to my needs as a customer. It would have been a huge bummer since my daughter was counting on me to drive her to another state. Thank you!!!

They take good care of their customers!

The folks over at Southwest Automotive put their customers first. I brought my daughters vehicle there for repairs with mechanical issues that were very challenging - and that's an understatement - but Austin and team were up to the task. The folks there were kind, patient, and were thorough in their communications regarding progress and next steps. My situation in particular was unique, however, they worked with me at every step of the way and had gone well out of their way to do so. I had the pleasure of working with Austin and it seems we had sprung up a friendship through the course of our mechanical journey. I appreciate his professionalism, integrity, and his commitment to his customers. I recommend this business to anyone, and as for me, I would bring my vehicles to them any day.

Honest, Reliable and Does Good Work

I have been a customer of Southwest Automotive for more than 25+ years through three ownership changes. The new owners / management have continued the tradition of performing honest diagnosis and repairs on my entire family's vehicles. Austin, the new manager and Nate, one of the new owners seem to be continuing to do the kind of business I have become accustomed to at Southwest. They are not the lowest price but the work is solid. Austin had an opportunity to sell me repairs after doing mileage inspections on two of my vehicles and declined to do so. That's why they are the only shop I trust and bring my vehicles to. They do what they say they will do!

Exceptional service

This is the 2nd time I've used SW Automotive, and this time was as good as the first. Great communication throughout. I appreciate how Austin worked to keep the final total bill down by not upselling what wasn't really critical to be done at this time.
