In Good Hands
My repair was reasonably priced and my service there is exceptional but more importantly there was a customer traveling from out of town and stopped by for a repair. She felt comfortable to ask when the alone are they good?! Absolutely you’re in good hands was my response. I learned a lot about her and I told her a lot about Simotes and our history of how it came to be from when they were in Joliet til now along with my purchases and 5 star satisfaction with them. Not sure what happened with her repair but I know she felt confident in Simmotes and could trust she’s at the right place at the right time!
